We’re delighted to be recruiting a Service Administrator to make a significant contribution to our award–winning, global technology manufacturing business here at Peak Scientific.
This role is pivotal in the smooth running of the EMEA service operation and will work alongside service delivery, sales, order processing, logistics and operation teams to ensure that our customers are receiving the correct spare parts within their expected time frame.
Your duties will include:
- Running maintenance schedule reports
- Processing maintenance kit orders for shipping to customer sites
- Contacting customers to arrange maintenance visits in a timely manner
- Updating department scheduler to reflect field maintenance schedule
- Checking customer account details prior to processing chargeable repairs
- Raising invoices for field visits as required and raising purchase orders for stock as required
- Co-ordinating field service engineer work
- Dealing with customer service enquiries by telephone, and e-mail in a prompt and efficient manner
You will get involved in a variety of administrative tasks and be comfortable using Microsoft Office. It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of using SAP B1, but more importantly you will have a positive can-do approach with the aptitude to learn.
You will also possess:
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Understanding of geographical locations, times, and distances
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across a broad spectrum of internal and external customers
- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Spanish language skills desirable
