Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a talented Service Administrator to join our service team here at Peak HQ in Inchinnan. Driven by a visionary management team, smart, dedicated people and a dynamic company ethos, our business is growing.
Our Service Organisation plays a vital part in our day to day business and is responsible for 1/3 of the total sales revenue of the company. There is room for exceptional growth within this division, and this role presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and accurate administrator.
As Service Administrator you will report to the Service Sales Operations Manager and be responsible for the following
-
Process, create and invoice maintenance contracts on the system.

Manage service contract intake to ensure consistency across all systems.

Work closely with the Service Sales Operations Manager to ensure accurate service reporting.

Generating Service agreement documentation to ensure the effective delivery of the service plans.

Collaboration with local global offices on any issues with maintenance and various teams at HQ to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate documentation.

The Service Administrator role requires –

Knowledge and experience of Efacs/SAP or similar style order processing system would be beneficial but not essential.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products is essential, other systems training will be provided.
