Peak Scientific Instruments an award winning Scottish Company, specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join our Service team in Billerica.
Reporting to the North America Field Service Manager, your key responsibility will involve contract administration for all maintenance and repair visits throughout the US and CAN territories.
Your role will also involve:

Preparing, providing and directing all chargeable repairs through to invoice

Aiding in the planning and coordination of all preventative maintenance visits each month to ensure 100% PM completion rate

Following up to ensure all necessary service kits have been shipped and delivered in timely fashion for our Service Engineers

Reviewing completed service reports to ensure accuracy

Providing constant and real time communication to our customers and Field Service Engineers
With a good standard of education, you will have a proven track record in a similar role, including experience of SAP or a similar order processing system. Your good grasp of geographical locations, times and distances will match your understanding of shipping terms and guidelines, underpinned by the communication skills to enable you to build relationships and gain trust with both internal and external customers. With a strong customer focus, the Service Administrator will also have:
