Service Analyst - Glasgow

Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a talented Service Analyst to join our Service team here at Peak HQ in Inchinnan.

Our Service Organisation plays a vital part in our day to day business and is responsible for 1/3 of the total sales revenue of the company. There is room for exceptional growth within this division, and this role presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and accurate analyst who has a real passion for data manipulation and the ability to work collaboratively across our global business.

As Service Analyst you will report to the Business Support Manager and be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with the Business Support Manager to ensure business information needs are met in a timely fashion.

  • Gathering and analysing service performance data from HQ and our global offices.

  • Analysing data to educate on results and trends where possible.

  • Maintaining robust reconciliation and validation processes to support high levels of accuracy in reporting.

  • Ensuring data integrity in the CRM system.

  • Communicating effectively with global offices to ensure all figures are submitted in a timely fashion for reporting deadlines and assist with any localised reporting needs.

  • Assisting in the transition of the service reporting to SAP.

The Service Analyst role requires:

  • Team work and collaboration - able to build relationships and gain trust.

  • High levels of attention to detail.

  • Self-motivation with the capacity to plan time effectively and prioritise.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS packages (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential).

  • Superb communication skills – able to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.

  • Knowledge and experience of SAP would be beneficial but not essential.
