Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast–growing company specialising in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market is looking to recruit a Service Business Development Manager.

We are global market leaders in the design, manufacture and servicing of instrument gas generators for analytical laboratories. Reporting to National Service Manager, this role will be based in Shanghai and involve extensive travel within China.

Main Job functions:

  • Key accounts management

  • Develops new service business and new service offering

  • Makes and promotes service marketing activity

  • Understands competitive environments, improves client’s relationship, increases client stickiness and enlarges new client

  • Develops install base and increases SVC connect rate and service marketing share

  • Develops pass-through contracts business with OEM

  • Maintains and strengthens business cooperation with OEM

Skills required:

  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Good services solutions and consultant selling
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Should have considerable experience within the scientific industry
  • Good English capacity, both written and orals
  • Advanced PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office products


  • 3+ years of services solutions and consultant selling
  • 2+ years of people management experience


             Bachelor degree or above.
