THE COMPANY: Peak Inc. is the rapidly expanding North American arm of Peak Scientific, with its main US office located in Billerica, Massachusetts, and plans for significant further growth over the next few years. You would be joining a North American team of around 60 staff, including dedicated sales and field service engineer teams covering the whole of mainland US and key territories in Canada. As Service Coordinator reporting to the Senior Service Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the large network of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Technicians (20+),scheduling planned maintenance visits and breakdown call outs across North America and ensuring resources are managed effectively.

With a good standard of education, the Service Coordinator will have a proven track record in a similar role, including experience of MS office and SAP or a similar order processing system.
