As Service Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Service Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the large network of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Technicians (20+),scheduling planned maintenance visits and breakdown call outs across North America and ensuring resources are managed effectively.

This Service Coordinator role will also involve:

  • Assisting in the smooth running of the service delivery function
  • Working to agreed targets for efficiency and productivity from service metrics
  • Researching travel for engineers where required
  • Analyzing and reporting on key service metrics
  • Dispatching preventative maintenance (PM) kits to appropriate end user locations
  • Updating customer database to reflect contacts and communications regarding scheduling PM visits, and the status of any performed visits
  • Reprioritizing scheduling to meet response time KPIs, including but not limited to shifting appointments and notifying FSEs of changes.
  • Using SAP to utilize ticket assignments to FSEs.

With a good standard of education, the Service Coordinator will have a proven track record in a similar role, including experience of MS office and SAP or a similar order processing system.   Excellent communication skills will enable you to build relationships and gain trust with our service delivery team.  With a strong customer focus, you will also have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fantastic organizational and planning skills
  • Great self-motivation, with exceptional time management skills along with the ability to  prioritize and multi task
  • Reporting, analyzing and manipulating numerical data in a concise manner.
