Peak Scientific, a fast-growing organization specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, is looking to recruit a Service Manager to join our vibrant team in Brazil.

We export 90% of our sales to approximately 126 countries. We have an expanding operation in LATAM with offices in São Paulo and Mexico. Reporting to the LATAM General Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that service field, administration, and sales activities in Brazil are delivered to the highest standard. You will lead a team responsible for the delivery of service in Brazil whilst being responsible for growth and achievement of service sales targets.
Key Duties include:
- Analysing and managing Service KPI’s and metrics across the region
- Liaising with other local teams (sales, administration and logistics) to ensure a high level of collaboration for all aspects of customer support
- Leading the team in the use of CRM/SAP and utilise the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer support
- Proactively managing and monitoring individual and team performance to ensure work objectives and standards are achieved
- Actively seeking to develop the skills and capabilities of the teams and that any skills gaps are identified
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience leading a team in Service with the ability to motivate others in a customer focused business.
You will also possess:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Portuguese and English
- Proactive approach with good communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Technical background in science
