Job Title: ​Service Sales Admin

Overview

Reporting to Peak Korea Business Development Manager (BDM) , the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of Service Sales Department which includes coordination & execution of the service orders of all Peak clients nationwide. The candidate will work as a support function for further development of Aftersales customer service strategies and functions. 

 A. Main Job functions

 Provide support for our service sales team.

  1. Preparing service contract quotes, and order processing in coordination with Service Contract & Spares Business Team.
  2. Quotes to be issued, Orders to be processed as per the SLA defined for the department.
  3. Prepare data base as per SOP, updating the same on daily basis. 
  4. Maintain hard copies of all tender documents & EMD Maintain all docs in share drive for every order booked with easy retrieval.
  5. Coordinate with customer and internal team for getting necessary documents and ensuring the SOP is met.

Respond to incoming requests - same day / next day turnaround is expected.

  1. Maintain documentation and filing for all the purchase orders, bills. 
  2. Close coordination with Service Team, to ensure timely service schedule. 
  3. Delivery of Weekly & Monthly reports - should include order booking details, orders received, new leads received.
  4. Business Analysis Report. (Monthly basis) Sales Team Funnel Report.
  5. Weekly Order Tracker Daily Basis.
  6. Van-stock control support weekly/Monthly base.

B. Skills Required:

  • Experience in end user and/or business to business coordination and sales process
  • Customer focussed – able to build relationships and gain trust.
  • Able to manage relationships and team working 
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to plan time effectively & prioritise 
  • Communication – able to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles
  • Resilience – remains effective in the face of pressure
  • Results driven, ability to manage personal and collective team targets

C. Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/ Diploma in Science / commerce (B.com) (Having PG in Science / Commerce/ Business is added advantage)
  • At least 1-2 years of Experience in Sales Coordination, in hand experience of SAP CRM, Coordination with internal team and customers, follow up and payment collection will be added advantage
