Service Sales Administrator - Singapore - Singapore

Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast–growing company specialising in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market is seeking to recruit a talented Service Sales Administrator to join our vibrant, growing team in Singapore.

We are an award winning company with our headquarters in Scotland. We have a very strong reputation in the marketplace with plans to grow significantly over the next few years. We export 90% of our sales to approximately 126 countries.

Reporting to the Service Manager, SMT, this new role will be office based in Singapore. Working in a varied, fast paced role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate generation of quotations, processing orders on SAP and management of all invoicing. You will be highly organised, with fantastic communication skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Experience of order entry is essential, as are excellent IT skills. Experience of working with SAP would be highly beneficial but training will be provided.

Other key duties include:

  • Process, create and arrange invoicing of maintenance contracts on SAP

  • Management of customer accounts on the CRM system

  • Accurate scheduling of maintenance jobs including selection of PM kits

  • Consolidation and reporting of regional sales figures

  • Consolidation of regional install bases.
