Service Sales Administrator - Massachusetts

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Sales Administrator to join our Service Sales division, located in Billerica, Massachusetts. 
Peak Inc. is the rapidly expanding North American arm of Peak Scientific, with its main US office located in Billerica, Massachusetts, and plans for further significant growth over the next few years. You would be joining a North American team of around 55 staff, including dedicated sales and field service engineer teams covering the Unites States and Canada.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks required in the service sales department, with a focus on service contracts and spare part processing in North America.
Your main job functions will include:
  • Day-to-day ownership of the spares and contracts, ensuring orders are invoiced on time and flagging areas of concerns to the Service Sales Manager in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the service team on any maintenance contract issues.
  • Managing service contract intake ensuring consistency between the systems.
  • Working closely with Service Delivery to ensure the integrity of service contracts and tickets on the system.
  • Updating CRM/ERP system with all relevant customer information and orders.
  • Assisting with Service Delivery Administration
  • Maintaining Spare Parts Sales Tracker and the Global Contract Tracker
  • Working closely with the Service Sales Manager on service reporting to ensure regional team information is accurate and timely.
  • Collaborating and liaising with global offices as well as other departments such as Planning, Sales, Finance and Logistics to gain and share necessary information.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be enthusiastic and proactive, with the ability to learn quickly and a willingness to take responsibility and ownership of multiple tasks. With the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, you will be flexible with the ability to multi-task and set priorities. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. In addition to an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), a working knowledge of SAP and/or CRM is desirable.
