Location: Peak Scientific Brazil, São Paulo

We are seeking a Service Sales Executive to join our LATAM Service team. This role will help support the region in strengthening and developing the local service sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and maximizing service revenue and installed base coverage across Brazil South. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a growing region, working with a global leader in gas generation solutions. What you will be doing 

  • Promote Peak Scientific Service products to end users, OEMs, and distributor markets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Follow up on existing leads to maximize service business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to retain loyalty and develop new service opportunities.
  • Prepare sales quotations, manage orders, and facilitate service/product delivery.
  • Collaborate with generator sales and field service teams to develop business leads.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and orders in the CRM system.
  • Prospect new sales opportunities for service contracts and paid visits.
  • Manage contract agreements, documentation, and renewal deadlines.
  • Liaise with service and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Work closely with the service back office to improve procedures and customer support.

What you will bring 

  • Technical degree in science (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics) 
  • English language skills essential 
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work independently.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in technical sales is essential.
  • Proactive approach to achieving objectives and resolving issues constructively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with diverse personalities.
