Service Sales Executive - Sao Paulo

Peak Scientific, a fast-growing organization specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, is looking to recruit a talented Service Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in São Paulo.

Working with our existing customer base, you will be selling and educating our customers on our Peak Protected Service Contracts. You will have your own territory and the opportunity to work with our end – users and reseller partners. Customer focused, with the drive the succeed and real focus on teamwork, you will bring an upbeat, motivated attitude, experience of working to sales targets and the ability to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

We are an award winning company with our headquarters in Scotland. We have a very strong reputation in the marketplace with plans to grow significantly over the next few years. We export 90% of our sales to approximately 126 countries. We have an expanding operation in LATAM with offices in São Paulo and Mexico. Key Duties:

  • Effectively promoting Peak Scientific Service products to end users, OEM and distributor markets;
  • Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities;
  • Following up existing leads and maximizing service business opportunities;
  • Nurturing relationships with existing customers to retain loyalty whilst developing customer service opportunities;
  • Creating sales quotations, order management and facilitating service/product delivery;
  • Working closely with generator sales personnel and Field Service personnel in developing business leads;
  • Updating company CRM system and/or internal controls with all relevant customer information and orders;
  • Prospecting new sales based on previous information from end users and Service registers
  • Follow up all contracts agreement processes and documentation needed as well as following the renewals deadlines with customers;
  • Work closely with other departments and service back office to improve procedures and customer support.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced English language skills.
