Service Sales Specialist – Iberia

Location: Madrid, Spain

About the role

We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to support and grow our service business across the Iberia region. This role plays a key part in driving service contract sales, renewals, and paid service opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You’ll work closely with Territory Sales Managers, Service Delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve sales growth and meet quarterly targets, all while building strong, long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively contact existing customers to promote and sell Peak Scientific service contracts
  • Manage and maintain install base data and sales leads within the CRM system
  • Analyse customer history and requirements to identify service sales opportunities
  • Prepare quotations and ensure accurate handover to internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email
  • Manage sales forecasts and reporting as directed by your manager
  • Ensure all customer and opportunity data is accurate and up to date in CRM
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across the region and HQ
  • Escalate technical requests and customer enquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Attend occasional training sessions, meetings, and HQ visits (some travel required)

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience in B2B and/or end‑user sales
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust remotely
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage large volumes of data
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Self‑motivated with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient and comfortable working under pressure
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders across different cultures
