Reporting to the Service Sales Team Leader this position will oversee the full sales process of renewing service contracts in designated territories. In this role, you will be working alongside the service delivery, sales, finance and order processing teams to ensure that customer contracts are renewed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for quoting and following up with customers to grow service revenue within their designated territories.
Your duties will include:
- Effectively promoting Peak Scientific products through service plan renewals to end users
- Identifying up sale and cross sale opportunities
- Nurturing relationships with existing customers to retain loyalty whilst developing customer service opportunities
- Keeping lapsed contracts to a minimum and following up with existing leads and maximising service business opportunities
- Updating CRM with details of all customer activity
- Creating sales quotations, order management and facility service/product delivery
Ideally, you’ll have end user sales experience or in B2B sales. You will also be customer focussed and able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. The successful candidate will have proven experience of working autonomously and as part of a team. As a results driven individual, you will have the ability to manage your personal and team targets.
