An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-achieving Service Sales Specialist, to make a significant contribution to the growth of this award-winning, international technology business, within our Service Sales division, located in Palaiseau, France.
Peak France started in 2014 following the transfer of business from one of our distributors in France. Currently Peak France has a team of 8 mainly in Sales and Field Service, with plans to expand over the next few years.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Service Sales - EMEA, this role will encompass all of Peak Scientific’s key service sales activities (new business, renewals and spare parts). You will be responsible for selling and educating both new and existing Peak generator customers on the full Peak Protected service product portfolio.
You will be responsible for;

Contacting existing customers and proposing the most relevant Peak Service Contract to meet their needs.

Actively promoting Peak Protected Portfolio.

Managing generator customer base and sales leads information.

Maintaining records of generator locations and warranty registrations.

Proactively generating new customer leads and selling Peak Scientific service products to end user, OEM and distributer markets.

Managing full install base (incl. legacy data) to maximise the full sales opportunity of the territory.

Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and managing customer loyalty.

Utilising the CRM system to capture opportunities, leads, customer information, prepare quotations and for sending complete orders for processing etc.

Ensuring all customer data in the CRM is kept up-to-date and maintained.

Working closely with internal Peak teams and stakeholders, both in territory and HQ, based in the UK.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be self-motivated, with experience of working in a busy sales driven environment preferably in End User and/or Business to Business Sales, and a proven track record for achieving targets. In addition you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data as well as being customer focussed and able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential – particularly Excel and knowledge of a CRM system would be advantageous.
