An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Sales Specialist to make a significant contribution to the growth of this award–winning, international technology business.
Working as part of a growing team, responsible for managing the sale of Service Plans, Spare Parts and Paid service work to our existing German customer base. You will bring experience of working within a Customer Service environment, have sales experience, fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as part of a high performing team.
Reporting to our Service Sales Operations Manager, this new role will be based in our Düren office. You will be responsible for:
- Effectively promoting Peak Scientific Service products to end users, OEM and distributor markets
- Identifying up sale and cross sale opportunities
- Following up existing leads and maximising service business opportunities
- Nurturing relationships with existing customers to retain loyalty whilst developing customer service opportunities.
- Creating sales quotations, order management and facilitating service/product delivery
- Working closely with generator sales personnel and Field Service personnel in developing business leads
- Updating company CRM system with all relevant customer information and orders
With strong customer service experience, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data. You should be customer focussed and able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. Previous sales experience and knowledge of a CRM system would be advantageous.
