Service Sales Specialist - Key Accounts - Glasgow

An exciting inside sales opportunity has arisen for a high-achieving Service Sales Specialist – Key Accounts within our Service Sales division to make a significant contribution to the growth of this award-winning, international technology business.
 
Our Service Organisation plays a vital part in our day to day business and is responsible for 1/3 of the total sales revenue of the company. There is room for exceptional growth within this division, and this role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales driven individual.
 
THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the Global Head of Service Operations – Key Accounts, your focus will be on growing service sales revenue from key strategic partner accounts, while building and maintaining long lasting relationships with influential OEM personnel.
 
You will be responsible for;
  • Sales of service plans to end users and strategic business partners in line with sales forecast;
  • Communicating and developing relationships with key OEM account decision makers and regional reps via telephone and email, and promoting the Peak Service proposition;
  • Facilitating channels for data retrieval to achieve full product placement visibility and assisting with account growth and market intelligence;
  • Growing account value by managing lead delegation across Global Peak operations; and
  • Data analysis and reporting of Sales, Registration and Global trends.
THE CANDIDATE: You will have experience of working in a busy inside sales environment preferably in End User and/or Business to Business Sales, with a proven track record for achieving targets. In addition you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data as well as being customer focussed and able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential – particularly Excel and knowledge of a CRM system would be advantageous.
