Reporting directly to the Country Manager - ANZ, your key responsibility will be for the operation and delivery of service throughout ANZ. 

The role will also involve:

  • Managing Service calls and schedule, ensuring preventative maintenance visits are scheduled in a timely fashion, breakdowns are addressed within the agreed response parameters and global KPI’s.
  • Escalating to Technical Manager all technical complaints/field issues, communicating information accurately and contributing to solutions where applicable
  • Managing stock usage and ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained in warehouse and engineer van stock.
  • Managing the service reporting process ensuring all field based personnel are providing the required level of detail
  • Monitoring engineer utilisation KPIs, ensuring a reasonable balance between workload and resource, reporting the same monthly to HQ.
  • Assisting the service and sales team with technical knowledge, part numbers and procurement of Peak and 3PP service items to achieve 1 time - quote, order and install KPI.
  • Communicating and promoting the full suite of service products including CSP, paid-service & supported service options to Peak customers.
  • Assisting in field service and mid-scale installations as required

With a good standard of education, degree preferable but not essential, you must have a proven track record in service delivery within a technical sector, where you have led and managed teams to achieve challenging targets.  You should have the capability to develop specific product knowledge quickly.  Your key attributes will include:
