Reporting to the Spares Sales Team Leader, EMENA, this position will oversee the full sales process of selling service kits and spare parts to customers across a number of territories. Working alongside the service delivery, technical, sales, order processing, logistics and operation teams to ensure that our customers are receiving the correct spare parts within their expected time frame. This person will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within their designated territories.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively contacting our distributors to promote the sale of our service kits
- Working closely with our tech support team to provide recommendations and quotations relating to service and repairs
- Developing relationships with distributors through good communication to grow service revenue
- Creating sales quotations for both new and existing customers
- Service sales administration, managing customer install base and sales lead information
- Working closely with management team to implement our sales strategy for EMENA territories
- Developing effective working relationships with colleagues and customers across the territories
- Meeting KPIs in terms of response times to our inbound requests
- Using CRM systems with all relevant customer information and orders
- Ability to learn and understand the technical aspects of our products in relation to what we are selling and recommending to our customers.
With strong customer focus experience, ideally in end user and/or B2B sales, you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to create basic excel reports. You will also have demonstrable experience of building relationships and gaining trust via the phone/email and direct interaction with customers where appropriate.
