Due to our continued growth, we’re delighted to be recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to make a significant contribution to our award–winning, global technology manufacturing business here at Peak Scientific.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and interpreting critical business data. Utilising the interpretation, you will present tangible graphical dashboards to enable key improvements to our supply chain whilst making informed business decisions through effective KPI’s.
Your duties will include:
- Managing SAP Global Supply Chain Data Integrity to ensure regulatory compliance
- Presenting analysis of data and identifying key opportunities for improvement or business risk mitigation
- Developing and tracking KPI’s for supply chain performance
- Leading Change Management Projects with internal and external stakeholders for operational improvements
- Maintaining auditable Process Maps (Swim Lanes) leading reviews and maintain revision controls within QMS Documentation Management Systems
- Analysing of supplier audits with recommendations to foster greater supplier relationship
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree level (equivalent) in a ‘supply chain’, ‘mathematics’ or technical subject matter
- Ideally experience of SAP Business One, MS Excel, Visio & Business Analytics Software (Power BI, Qlikview or Solver BI360 etc)
- You will bring business acumen to the role with analytical thinking
- You will have demonstrable experience of problem solving skills whilst being detail conscious
- Highly organised with an excellent work ethic
