Talent Acquisition Manager - Glasgow

Are you a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition professional eager to make a significant contribution to a global business?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for attracting and hiring outstanding talent for departments such as Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT whilst collaborating closely with our managers to implement effective talent strategies. Reporting to the Group People Director, you’ll align headcount with our budget while being a trusted advisor to the business, embedding recruitment best practices to deliver exceptional service.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience as an In-House Recruiter
  • International recruitment experience would be desirable
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding
  • Strategic thinking to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and being a positive ambassador for the organisation

This role ideally would suit a senior Inhouse Recruiter looking to make a move into Talent Acquisition.
