Technician - Manesar - India

Job Purpose

• Manufacture of complete units and sub-assemblies.
• Meet expected quality and productivity targets both of which will be a key measure of an individual’s performance.
• Process units & sub-assemblies through approved test procedures.
• Kit-pack of assemblies and complete units.

Key Duties

• Manufacture of air, oxygen, nitrogen & hydrogen generators.
• Manufacture generator sub-assemblies both mechanical & electrical
• Component testing (leaks & purity)
• Generator functionality test (including electrical, mechanical, leaks, purity/flow, etc)
• Fault find & analysis having technical & functional understanding
• Always observe & execute to Peak’s high-quality standards

• Always Observe & execute to Peak’s processes & work Instructions
• Engage with Engineering Team – ensuring integrity of BOM, Process, etc.
• Engaging with Materials & Warehouse Teams – ensuring stock integrity, expediting shortages, kitting – as required
• Engaging with QA dept. with regards to QA final inspection
• Report & escalate all issues back to your department manager while liaising with appropriate dept. for resolution
• Always comply with Peaks health and safety policy

Key Skills

• Manufacturing background and/or.
• Basic electrical knowledge – preparation of basic harness assembly incl. soldering and crimping techniques.
