Territory Manager - United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a Territory Manager to develop and strengthen our relationships with distributors whilst increasing sales throughout Middle East & Turkey. This role has a particular focus on Peak’s distributor partner network as well as working closely with our OEMs.

Reporting to the Channel Manager for EMENA, this role will be based in United Arab Emirates with extensive travel throughout the Middle East and Turkey. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through effective business development strategies
  • Working with the Technical Sales Engineer (based UAE), who will be your direct report
  • Nurturing existing strong, trustworthy relationships with Peak’s partners, OEM’s & end-users
  • Regular visits within territory to support, train and educate distributors in Peak products as well as accompanying partners on end user visits
  • Negotiating sales agreements, ensuring profit margins are maintained
  • Upkeep of leads, opportunities, quotations, prospects/pipeline activity in CRM
  • Provide continuous account support to customers pre- and post-sale
  • Review sales performance with management and distributor partners on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with wider functions of the business to meet distributor order expectations and provide an excellent customer experience from lead to delivery.
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations where required

You will be customer focused, with the ability to effectively communicate with all areas of the business, whilst taking responsibility for negotiating and ensuring maximum market coverage across key accounts, owning the territory as your own business unit. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level (Scientific degree is desirable) with a proven track record in Distributor / Channel management experience -or experience in sales with a track record in a similar industry operating a multi-distributor sales model.

Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market with relevant industry experience (B2B) would be highly beneficial and you’ll be an excellent problem-solver, both technically and commercially.  In addition to strong business acumen, you will be ambitious, driven and thrive being measured by results, whether that’s new business revenue, development and growth of existing business and/or effective territory coverage.
