Territory Manager – Benelux
Location: Belgium (Field-Based with 50% travel) ideally Brussels or Flanders
Reporting to: Regional Sales Leader – EMENA Central
Peak Scientific is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and support of high-performance gas generators for analytical laboratories worldwide. As we continue to grow our presence across Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Manager to lead sales growth across the Benelux region.

As Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of the Benelux territory, driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement, channel partner development, and strategic business development activities.
What You'll Be Doing
Territory & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver sales targets across the Benelux region
- Drive growth and market penetration across Peak Scientific's full product portfolio
- Identify, prioritise, and convert new business opportunities
- Develop and execute territory plans that support sustainable revenue growth
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Build and manage a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market engagement
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings across the territory
- Progress opportunities effectively through the sales cycle to successful closure
Customer & Channel Management
- Develop strong, commercially effective relationships with distributors, OEM partners, and end users
- Act as the primary commercial contact for customers within the territory
- Support and grow distributor performance to maximise market coverage
- Provide solution-focused sales support tailored to customer applications and requirements
Commercial Management
- Prepare accurate quotations aligned with pricing and margin objectives
- Negotiate commercial agreements while maintaining profitability
- Build a strong understanding of customer needs, applications, and buying drivers
Collaboration & Market Insights
- Work closely with service, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent Peak Scientific at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
CRM & Forecasting Excellence
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and forecast data within CRM.
- Deliver reliable weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
- Participate actively in sales reviews and pipeline management discussions.
- Follow established sales processes and reporting standards.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within a B2B sales environment.
- Experience in technical, scientific, laboratory, industrial, or engineering-related sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and a disciplined approach to sales management.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a geographical territory.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or OEM customers.
- Fluency in Dutch or French is essential.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Desirable
- Experience selling into laboratory, analytical instrumentation, life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and structured pipeline management methodologies.

Travel Requirements
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the Benelux region, typically around 50% of working time. Frequent in-person customer engagement is critical to success, enabling you to build relationships, develop opportunities, and drive territory performance.
