Territory Manager
Location: North Germany (DACH region)
Travel: Up to 50% across the territory
Salary:  70,000 + commission + car allowance

 

Noblegen, was acquired by Peak Scientific in February 2024 and is a highly experienced manufacturer of specialist gas and cryogenic generators which are both sustainable and cost-effective solutions for industries requiring liquid nitrogen, With customers active in industries including cryogenics, animal husbandry, medical, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), life sciences, research and academia, Noblegen is skilled in providing robust and varied solutions to meet the demands of a wide range of applications.

About the role

We are expanding our Liquid Nitrogen Generator portfolio across DACH and the Nordics and are looking for an entrepreneurial Territory Manager to drive growth in a high‑potential market. This is a true business development / hunter role — you will build the territory proactively, develop new customer relationships, and grow a sustainable pipeline in close collaboration with distributors and end users.

You will engage with customers in key segments such as IVF, animal husbandry, and cryo‑biostorage, supported by your understanding of cryogenic applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and grow the Noblegen Liquid Nitrogen Generator business across the DACH & Nordic region
  • Manage and develop relationships with end users and distributors
  • Identify key regions within the territory and build targeted action plans in line with business objectives
  • Actively prospect for new business through meetings, site visits, and distributor engagement
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships both face‑to‑face and remotely
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Provide expert sales guidance and technical support to customers and distributors
  • Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate commercial terms while protecting agreed margins
  • Present pipeline updates and revenue forecasts to internal stakeholders
  • Represent Noblegen at trade exhibitions, events, and customer demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Marketing, and Production to meet customer requirements
  • Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM
  • Share insights and best practice with colleagues as part of the wider EMENA sales team

About you

  • Fluent in German and English is essential
  • Proven experience in cryogenic applications is essential
  • Background in compressed air systems is highly desirable
  • Sales experience within a scientific, technical, or engineering‑led environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, “hunter” mindset
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Confident engaging with a wide range of customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
  • Able to adapt your communication style across cultures, customers, and business settings
  • Degree qualified in Science or Engineering (preferred)
  • Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working to targets and deadlines
