Job Title: Territory Manager Vietnam                                    

Reports to: Sales Manager SEA 

 Business Unit: Peak Scientific Singapore                              

Location: Vietnam                                          

Direct Reports: No


Territory Manager, Vietnam, will be driving the business Gas Generator Sales in Vietnam. While managing existing business partners, the individual will actively collaborate with both Regional Sales Manager to identify the market needs & franchise strategies to achieve global business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and manage gas generator business in Vietnam for Peak Scientific to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and ensure high level of engagement with Peak’s business partners to identify needs and action plans to fulfil business requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic territory business plans to enhance revenue, market penetration and win rates.
  • From a business development perspective, find new sources for leads and attend exhibitions, seminars etc., as appropriate.
  • Take full ownership on managing healthy sales funnel and provide sales forecast to support business understanding and supply chain.
  • CRM Database Maintenance – responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer contact details in the territory and ensure accurate recording of all relevant information. e.g. quotations, communications, monthly reports etc
  • Represent the company at relevant conferences and exhibitions to promote PEAK.
  • Travel within the territory as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate in both Vietnamese and English Language is a must.
  • 3-5 years sales experience in promoting capital equipment to laboratory market in Vietnam is preferred.
  • Excellent problem solver for both technical and commercial problems.
  • Excellent communication and team interaction skills.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully manage time and assigned territory.
  • Understanding of Vietnam business culture and Government Tender Procedure.
  • Possess strong business acumen and customer focused mindset.
