Territory Manager – Nordics

Location: Copenhagen or Stockholm (home-based)
 

About the role

Peak Scientific is a global leader in gas generation solutions for laboratories, with innovation and continuous improvement at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to lead sales across the Nordics region for Peak Scientific’s product portfolio. This is a new position to help support the growth of the Peak International Group.

This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of your territory, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing.  This role requires regular travel (approximately 50%) across the Nordics to maintain strong customer engagement and territory coverage.

You’ll work closely with distributors, OEM partners, and end users, acting as the primary commercial contact in the region and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Frequent in-person interaction with customers and partners is essential to success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver against sales targets and drive sustainable revenue growth across the Nordics
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across key market segments
  • Expand adoption of the full product portfolio
  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach and market engagement
  • Maintain a structured, high-quality pipeline to support consistent performance
  • Progress opportunities effectively through the sales cycle
  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users
  • Support and grow channel partnerships to maximise territory performance
  • Provide solution-led recommendations based on customer applications
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and decision drivers
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to support wider business strategy Maintain strong sales discipline
  • Keep CRM data accurate, up to date, and reflective of pipeline activity
  • Deliver reliable forecasts and reports
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings across the region

What we’re looking for

  • Proven success in a B2B sales role with 5-10 years’ experience is sales,
  • Experience in technical or scientific sales is preferred
  • Strong commercial awareness with a disciplined approach to sales execution
  • Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across a multicultural customer base
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer focus
  • Fluency in English plus Swedish and/or Danish
