Job: Territory Sales Manager – Northern France
Territory Coverage: Northern Paris (including intramural Paris) + Bretagne + Normandie+ Hauts-de- France and Grand Est
Ideal Locations: Home based ideally North of Paris or in the allocated territory with travel circa 70%
THE COMPANY: Peak Scientific Instruments are a multi award winning company, who specialises in the manufacturing of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, with our head office based in our modern facility near Glasgow International airport in Scotland.
We has been developing award-winning gas generation products since 1997 and now employ 450 people globally in 15 international offices, with a turnover of £55M. Over the last five years the company has enjoyed impressive annual growth between 25 and 30%, overall and 60% growth across the service division, selling 90% of our gas generator products overseas to over 120 countries. With this continuing success and growth we are looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales and profitability with our End users and OEM Accounts in Northern France, for all Peak Scientific Products.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Senior Territory Manager you will be home based (France office is based in Palaiseau) and responsible for:
Building and growing the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques
Developing sales strategies and plans for territory
Working to and exceeding, revenue targets and KPI’s as set
Analysing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development
Networking and building relationships with key business partners and OEM’s in territory
Attending relevant industry events, exhibitions and conferences to build business
Working closely with Senior Territory Manager, HQ and other territory sales manager’s
Monthly sales reporting and administration of customer database and CRM system
Representing and build the Peak brand in the territory
THE CANDIDATE: Educated to Degree level you will have a proven sales track record with relevant industry experience (B2B) in France. With a clear customer focus, you will be an excellent problem-solver, both technically and commercially. In addition to strong business acumen, you will be measured by results, whether that is new business revenue, development and growth of existing business and/or effective territory coverage.
