Job Title: Warehouse, Planning & Logistics Executive
Reports to: Plant Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage warehouse operations, production planning, and logistics. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely material availability, and smooth dispatch operations while optimizing costs and maintaining high service levels.
Warehouse Management
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
Maintain safe and organized storage conditions in compliance with company standards.
Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices.
Planning
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to develop short- and long-term material plans.
Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Optimize planning processes using ERP/MRP systems.
Logistics
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and documentation.
Negotiate with transporters and logistics partners for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and customs requirements for domestic/international shipments.
Engaging with QA dept. with regards to QA oncoming material inspection
Report & escalate all issues back to your department manager while liaising with appropriate dept. for resolution

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse, planning, or logistics roles.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and inventory control practices.
Flexibility, commitment & ability to work unsupervised.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Familiarity with lean practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
