About the role

We are expanding our Liquid Nitrogen Generator portfolio across DACH and the Nordics and are looking for an entrepreneurial Territory Manager to drive growth in a high‑potential market. This is a true business development / hunter role — you will build the territory proactively, develop new customer relationships, and grow a sustainable pipeline in close collaboration with distributors and end users.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of services towards customers in Singapore and Southern Malaysia. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is based in Japan and will involve work traveling within the country. This role will also support the Sales Department closely when requested, for sales/customer requirements. The Field Service Engineer will be primarily responsible for the delivery of world-class services towards Peak’s customers and providing technical support to Peak’s business channels. A self-motivated and disciplined person who’s able to exercise thorough analytical thought processes in his field and attention to details. The candidate should exhibit traits in customer’s expectation management as well as a sound knowledge of Office based programmes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaison with back office for delivering stock management
• Carry out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations and operation training as well as general support in a professional, prompt and efficient manner to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Respond effectively and professionally to all customer requests for service and support (telephone and e-mails)
• Provide customers and head office with a concise, accurate and detailed service report for all work(s) carried out

Job Overview

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is a key member of the operations team ensuring inventory accuracy through timely processing of materials and equipment in and out of the Westford, MA Peak facility, and conducting regular cycle counts.  Additionally, as an integral member of the operation you will ensures that all parts and equipment are stored safely securely to prevent product damage and/or injury.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments arrive to customer site on time & update ERP/CRM system with tracking number.
• Coordinate with service schedulers on shipment needs & deadlines to confirm addresses, as necessary, and timely delivery.
• Participate in day-to-day operations of the warehouse area, including but not limited to picking and packing, shipping/receiving, order processing and fulfilment.
• Unload and verify deliveries, ensuring that shipping info and proper count is accurate, recording damage prior to accepting, ensuring paperwork is detailed and complete, receiving goods into stock in ERP/CRM and rotate stock when shelving kits.
• Identify and assemble service kits and complete production orders to fulfil service and spare parts orders, as needed. 
• Utilize ERP/CRM to ensure all shipments, both incoming and outgoing, are properly recorded and maintained to provide accurate count of company stock.
• Preparation of all required shipping documentation including freight and international shipments and return shipments.
• Undertake stock counts and checks as and when required by your manager.
• Off-loading and loading of deliveries and stock movement by hand or using forklift.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the position holder will be responsible for sales of Peak product and services, email quotations and follow up to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is upheld.  

1. Main Job functions

• Customer engagement and relationship management by call, email and face to face visits, site surveys and co-visits with colleagues and business partners.
• Foster and manage relationships, sales and educate distributors and OEMs of gas generation technology and applications.
